All homes are completely furnished with linens, dishes, cookware, utensils and electrical appliances.  The rental office is conveniently located at the Montesoro Clubhouse.

Cancellation Policy - If you are unable to keep your reservation, we must be notified of your cancellation no less than 3 days prior to your arrival.  For stays greater than 2 weeks a 15 day notice is required for a cancellation.  Otherwise the deposit will be deemed non-refundable.

Additional Fees - For security reasons, there are fees of $50.00 per house key, $100.00 per pool key and $35.00 per garage door opener if not returned at check out.  There is also a nonrefundable $50.00 cleaning fee, and a refundable $100.00 pet deposit.

Arrival / Departure - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 12 Noon.  If your arrival will be in the evening, your reservation packet w/keys will be available to you from Access Control personnel at the Entrance Gate.

Maid Service - is provided before and after your stay.  If you wish to have additional maid service, linen service, and and/or towel service, contact us at 760-767-5000.  A standard charge will be assessed for these services.  For sunbathing and pool use, we request that you bring your own towels.  Each accommodation is inspected after your departure.  If excessive cleaning is required, an additional charge will be billed to you.

Telephones - are available in each home for your convenience.  In all homes, the telephone is a private line.  All long distance calls should be made using your credit card or calling card.  Note:  All calls out of Borrego Springs are charged as toll calls.  A 30% service charge will be added to all unclaimed toll calls.

Internet Service - Many units have high speed internet service at no additional charge.  When connecting to the Internet, please be sure to use local toll-free access phone numbers if the home is not wired for high speed connection.
